Work with operations teams to establish the path the project is most likely to take together with a review of the risks and opportunities plan.
Encourage discussions and forge agreements about responsible parties for budgets and deliverables.
Establish a framework of work packages against which deliverables and costs can be reasonably measured.
Monitor and report on the cost and deliverable status over time.
Highlight risks and opportunities that should be mitigated or achieved to improve the overall project.
Commercially supporting contract negotiations.
Preparing financial presentations of the progress and highlighting the cost/ delivery progress.
Raise the necessary financial documentation necessary to pursue change notices for either de-scoping or increased scoping.
Provide the necessary financial documentation to support sales or Grant releases.
Prepare audit file for project sign-off at the close.
